Before it ships — if your order hasn't gone out yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Just request a cancellation from your order page or log into your account.

After it ships — once your order's on its way, it can't be cancelled. if you change your mind after that, check our refund policy for your options.

Personalized + made-to-order — custom pieces (like customizable shirts) go into production right away, so they can't be cancelled once you've placed the order. these are made just for you and are final sale.
