Refunds & Returns
You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Email us at bmyjoooy@gmail.com to get the process started. If your return’s a go, we’ll send over a return shipping label and all the info you need to send it back safely. For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we get your return and give it the okay, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and card companies can be a bit slow sometimes, so give it a few more days to show up. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and still no $$$, email us at bmyjoooy@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you got it — unworn and in its original packaging
- Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy (we don’t need a novel, just the basics)
⚠️ Heads up: Please don’t send anything back without reaching out first — we won’t be able to accept surprise returns.
⚠️ Important Notice: Only jewelry purchases are eligible for returns and refunds. All other product categories — including clothes, posters, and other items — are final sale and cannot be returned.

Quickest way? Send the original back (once approved), and place a new order for what you want instead. That way, you don’t have to wait around — and neither do we.
Damaged, Defective, or Just… Not Right?
Check your order when it arrives. If something’s off — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — email us right away and we’ll make it right
