Shipping policy

Shipping Cost (US):

Shipping is free for domestic orders. 

Shipping Cost (outside US):

International shipping is free on orders over $64 USD. For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax), and fees as determined by their country’s customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are not collected by our store at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations before ordering, as payment of these fees is necessary to receive your package.

Where We Ship:

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., Canada and 16 more countries

Processing Time:

We aim to pack and ship your order within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, your joy should arrive in 5–8 business days.

International orders arrive in 6-18 business days. Some remote areas may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you posted.

Preorders & Special Items:

Certain items, especially preorders, might take up to 1-2 month to be delivered. Good things take time, and we promise, it’ll be worth the wait.
